Hello, I am Cincinnati fitness trainer P. J. Striet. I am the Owner of FORCE Fitness & Performance LLC, a private fitness training facility and fitness services business based in the Cincinnati, OH suburb of Hyde Park. My professional credentials, experience, and qualifications include the following:

  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) since 2000
  • Bachelor of Science in Health & Sports Studies from Miami University (2000)
  • Featured presenter at numerous national fitness seminars, including those hosted buy well respected organizations such as the American College of Sports Medicine. 
  • Experience training male and female athletes from 26 sports as a member of the athletic strength and conditioning staffs at both The University of Notre Dame and Miami University
  • Member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA)
  • Member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
  • 8 years of full-time independent training experience
  • Over 16,000 workouts personally designed and supervised since 2000
  • First Aid /CPR certified and fully insured

Drawing upon the qualifications and experience listed above, I created the Cincinnati Fitness Trainer website with the following mission:

"To provide principle based and scientifically supported information on fitness, nutrition, preventative health and performance enhancement to individuals striving to live healthier lifestyles and achieve their fitness goals."

There is an abundance of poor (sometimes fraudulent) and conflicting information out there on topics related to fitness, nutrition, and preventative health. All of this conflicting misinformation discourages and confuses well intentioned individuals from meeting their fitness goals and improving their health.
