Drawing upon the qualifications and experience listed above, I created the Cincinnati Fitness Trainer website with the following mission: "To provide principle based and scientifically supported information on fitness, nutrition, preventative health and performance enhancement to individuals striving to live healthier lifestyles and achieve their fitness goals."
