Striet
Prior to opening FORCE, Cincinnati fitness trainer P. J. Striet spent years training high level competitive athletes and serious fitness enthusiasts. He witnessed the staggering results his athletes were achieving-both physically and psychologically-from their workouts, and felt there was no reason the every day “Joe and Jane” could not-and should not-benefit from the same type of performance based programming. In order to get real results, P. J. felt the typical adult interested in enhancing their general fitness needed to train more like an athlete. P. J. wanted to give adult fitness programming a “shot in the arm”, and this is what led him to open FORCE Fitness and Performance. He has taken the training methods and techniques he used while training high level athletes in the past, and has incorporated them into the workouts he now designs for his “everyday real world” adult clients at the FORCE facility.
P. J.’s mission when he opened FORCE was to provide “real world adults" with innovative, 21st century fitness solutions and programming. He wanted to provide adults, who were serious about getting results, an alternative to the typical big box commercial gyms and fitness centers who have been woefully unsuccessful in terms of producing results for their members, and whose programming is about 20 years behind the times. The FORCE adult fitness program is the most comprehensive in the tri-state and is comprised of 8 components: - Goal Setting & Assessment
Dynamic Warm-up, Activation, & Pre-habilitation
Strength & Power Training
Metabolic Resistance Training
High Intensity Conditioning & Interval Training
Flexibility Training & Soft Tissue Work
P. J. Striet and the staff of trainers at FORCE Fitness & Performance carry the following credentials: - Hold 4 year degrees in exercise science, health promotion, or a closely related field
Have a minimum of 5 years of private training experience

Undergo required and extensive continuing education annually
- Certified through well respected organizations including the ACSM, NSCA, & NASM
All workouts and training programs are tailored to each client’s individual needs, goals, circumstances, orthopedic health history, and existing level of fitness. As a result of their years of experience and commitment to continuing education, Cincinnati fitness trainer P. J. Striet and the experienced trainers at FORCE are able to design training programs of an appropriate intensity for the beginning exerciser all the way up to the extreme fitness enthusiast. Furthermore, P. J. and his staff at FORCE regularly consult with members of their advisory board, which includes distinguished and respected physicians, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, manual therapists and chiropractors. The FORCE staff is not arrogant enough to think they “know it all” and are able to refer their clients to any advisory board member should the need arise.
